Meditation "A Whisper for the Body"

🌸 Lie down or sit down comfortably.

Go inside yourself...

Place a hand on your heart and feel the quiet rhythm of now.

Breathe… and let your body know: I am safe.


Move your hands to the side of your neck (sternocleidomastoid muscles.  Placing fingers on the trigger points of those muscles would be even more efficient.)

Your neck, once frozen in “no,”

may begin with only the smallest slowest sway,

like a flower in the wind but in very very slow motion.

There is no rush. Just softness. 

Repeat aloud or mentally: "I have right to say no, I have right to use my anger or fear to protect my boundaries." 

Repeat as many times as you want while you are moving your neck.


Then place your hands on the pelvic zone, your low back —

they have carried more than they should.

Send them warmth, as if golden light

poured gently from your palms.


With every breath, whisper to the Earth and to the waves in the Ocean:

"Take what doesn't belong to me anymore: old stories, hurting memories, suppressed feelings and emotions, family programs that don't do any good for me."

Feel like with every exhalation your body feels lighter. You can also start moving your hips, legs, any parts of your body whatever movements they want to do to release all feelings, emotions, programs.

Do it until you feel peace.

And when you are ready,

wrap yourself in your own arms,

and let the words settle deep:

"I am here.

I am whole.

I am safe."
