Happy Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving in America…

We have a calm, grounded attitude toward holidays.

We see them simply as an opportunity to rest, restore, and recharge our batteries.

And if our energy is fine, we just keep working as usual.

So out of honesty and loyalty to ourselves and our values, we kindly declined meeting with friends today.

Nothing personal! Our friends are wonderful, and we truly love spending time with them!

But everything has its right moment.

A phrase floated up in my mind: “Put yourself first, and then everyone else will naturally find their place.”

(I know some people hear this as egoism — and I allow them to think that. It benefits someone, after all…😉)

So, we woke up to pouring rain.

Thank you, Nature!

Because we were planning to work as usual today…

But you grounded us beautifully — and our water reserves are filling up too ☺

My husband offered me a morning massage.

And I can never refuse a massage.

Any time of day, I’m ready to receive one with joy.

And so… the relaxation began…

With gratitude to my wonderful Husband!❤

I’m grateful to our daughter too — she has developed such a relationship with homeschooling that she was ready to study even on a holiday.

And I’m grateful for her flexibility: when she came to start her lessons, and I suggested, “How about we take a day off today?”

I’m thankful to myself and my husband for all the conditions we’ve created for our happy, harmonious life — for the freedom we get to experience every day…

I’m grateful to all friends and family!

For accepting us (or not accepting us — which is also okay) just as we are.

We love you!

I’m grateful to my colleagues for everything we share and exchange.

For your recognition, your feedback, your reflections.

It warms my heart and confirms that I am on the right path! ❤

I’m grateful to the Flow of Love and Light that goes through me and heals my clients, changing their lives for the better.

and for the buckwheat that arrived here from another continent — and for all the people who grew it, transported it, and helped it reach our table… 🙏🙏🙏

By tradition, after a massage I pull a card from the deck gifted by a massage therapist in Bali.
