The trauma of betrayal

✨ My body remembered what my mind had long forgotten.

Sometimes the deepest memories don’t live in the mind — they live in the body.

That’s exactly what happened to me.

During one therapeutic session, as my colleague guided me to go deeper, an unexpected image arose from within — a kind, warm, loving nanny. It seemed like a simple, gentle memory. But behind this image was a very old pain — the pain of betrayal. My mind had hidden it, but my body had kept the truth. Tears came on their own, without any thoughts or explanations.

⚡ That session became a doorway to a trauma buried under layers of memory.

Interestingly, six months earlier I had supported this same colleague in her own healing work — with a similar image. Back then, it didn’t resonate with me at all. And now I understand how often our soul sends us messages through other people — and how we’re not always ready to hear them.

After that session, things in my life began to shift. When I chose to consciously face the theme of trust and betrayal — not as a victim, but as an opportunity for healing — life responded immediately. A problem we couldn’t solve for a long time (finding a temporary home for our cat during a trip) suddenly resolved itself. It was a clear sign for me that the healing process had begun.

🫧 Then other memories began to surface  where I had felt betrayal, false accusations, and injustice:

- a story from my student years involving a roommate and a false accusation,

- past life memories where my gifts once became dangerous to express,

- painful childhood experiences where there was no sense of protection or support.

All these fragments came together into one pattern: the trauma of lost trust.

For a long time, I saw the world through a filter:

“Being kind and radiant is dangerous. Trusting is unsafe.”

I built strong walls to protect myself. But in the end, they didn’t bring safety — only limitation.

🕊 The turning point came in a dream. I was defending someone innocent from an unfair sentence. When I woke up, I understood: I had been defending a part of myself. A part I had hidden away long ago.

Step by step, including deep work with ancestral patterns, I’ve been reclaiming my ability to trust life again. Not blindly — but consciously. With clear boundaries and an understanding of who is truly by my side and what they want from me.

If you too…

👶 carry a wounded inner child who was unfairly accused,

💪 hide behind a mask of strength because there’s no one left to trust,

💥 fear expressing your gift, holding your talents back,

👤 feel tired of being alone behind your own walls —

know this: there is a way out.

It begins with awareness and gentle healing of pain.

My path is not about denying pain — it’s about accepting and transforming it.

It’s about turning pain into strength.

It’s about restoring living trust — in yourself, in life, in the world.

🌿 If this theme speaks to you, I invite you to join me in deep individual healing work with the trauma of betrayal — through the body, memory, archetypes, and ancestral stories. It is a path of returning to your inner power.

Every word here has been lived through. And now I’m transforming this experience into a method to help others.

🤍 Where pain ends, freedom begins.
