Practice: "I Am Already Home"

The pressure of the mind is like a subtle yet dense veil.

It whispers:

"You should. You're late. You could have already..."

Meanwhile, the soul gently murmurs:

"I'm already home. Just be."

When the mind pushes, the body contracts.

Here is a small practice to gently release the pressure of the mind (3–5 minutes in the morning or whenever you feel called):

🌬 Practice: "I Am Already Home"

Sit quietly and close your eyes.

Place your hands on your chest, just below your collarbones. Feel your breath.

As you inhale, think:

"I accept myself."

As you exhale,

"I don't have to do anything."

Repeat 5–7 times.

Then just sit.

Let your body stop "trying."

Let there be aimless stillness.

At the end, softly say to yourself:

"I am already home.

My body knows the way."

You are not behind.

You are walking your own alive, beautiful path.

Everything you need is already within you.

And each time you choose softness over haste,

your soul sings a little louder.
