“Whole, Not Perfect” 🌟
Scene: A cozy room. The circle of chairs, candles, soft pillows, and drawings from the journey into the Shadow. The group has returned.
Therapist: Welcome back, travelers. You’ve gone through pain, chaos, fear — and most importantly, honesty. How do you feel?
Hero: Honestly? Imperfect, but alive. Like I’ve finally understood I don’t need to be flawless to be real.
Shadow: I’m no longer lurking. I’m a voice now — not a scream. (And I have my corner and a blanket now. Respect.)
Persona: I took off the mask… and no one ran away. It’s scary, but freeing.
Child: I’m playing again. Without guilt. I even sculpted a dragon out of shame and hugged it!
Sage: You’ve seen that inner darkness isn’t the enemy of light. It’s its contrast. Only through it the depth is born.
Anima: My intuition says we’re about to dance. 💃Not because everything is perfect... but because we are alive.
Trickster: Who knew? Inner chaos makes a great foundation for comedy… and some top-tier drama therapy.
Therapist: Remember: the psyche is not a project with a deadline. It’s a garden. And you’re the soil, the gardener and the little worm with existential questions...
They sit quietly. The Hero smiles. There’s a drawing on the wall: a labyrinth from which flowers grow.
Hero: You know… I used to search for who I should become.
Now I’m learning how to just be myself... ❤
